Periodic Maintenance Table Checklist







On this page i will give you some tips on scheduling your maintenance
as far as you can gave you a information this checklist or table is not only for a technician or mechanics this will be your pattern to take good care of your car.


For First 1,000km check up its recommended for a full check up



  • CHANGE OIL AND FILTER
  • CHECK AIR CLEANER FILTER
  • CHECK SPARK PLUGS AND IGNITION COIL
  • CHECK STEERING, TIE ROD END AND ARM
  • CHECK BALL JOINT AND BOOT
  • CHECK WHEELS (ROTATE TIRES IF NECESSARY)
  • CHECK TIRE PRESSURE
  • CHECK CLUTCH FREE PLAY AND REVERSE PLAY
  • CHECK TRANSMISSION LEAK AND FLUID LEVEL
  • CHECK BRAKE SYSTEM
  • CHECK BRAKE BOOSTER OIL LEVEL AND LEAKS
  • CHECK MASTER CYLINDER
  • CHECK BRAKE DRUM OR DISK CLEARANCE ON BRAKE PADS OR SHOE
  • CHECK ENGINE FULL CONDITION
  • CHECK ENGINE IDLE FOR NOISE
  • CHECK COIL SPRING CONDITION
  • CHECK SUSPENSION SYSTEM AND CONDITION
  • CHECK ALL ELECTRICAL FUNCTIONS

FOR FIRST 5,000KM or EVERY 3 MONTHS

80,000-100,000 KM
  • Cooling system flush and refill

PARKING SENSOR

 How does parking sensors works,  it is automatically activated when you change your gear on reverse. Sensors are fixed to the rear bumper of the vehicle and send, receive ultrasonic radio waves that bounce off obstacles or walls or other cars bumper and alert you to their presence.
There is an internal or external buzzer that gradually increases in frequency as you approach the object. A continuous tone denotes that you are approximately near on the obstacle.
Parking sensor contains, Central Control Processor, Sensors, Internal or external Buzzer, Digital Display with Speaker or Back Up Mirror Lens
Some models come with night vision cameras and L.C.D. monitors that plug into your head unit.
